it is my wish to create a space within my classes anyone can benefit from, no matter of what background, age or experience.
the motivations for practicing yoga are as many and varied as the benefits this practice has to offer and the multitude of styles, that have evolved from it over time. in my eyes they are
all valid. what they all have in common, is the attitude we cultivate during practice. we learn to align our focus, practice mindfulness and non- judgement and bring our awareness to the present
moment.
for me personally, my yoga practice means making the time to pause in the midst of day to day life to nurture my body and my mind.
