about me
my teaching style
my classes feature dynamic sequences of movement that not only facilitate stability and mobility on a physical level, but also promote better concentration and an overall sense of wellbeing. conciously working with the breath reduces stress and helps calm the mind.
in my classes, i invite my students to turn their awareness inward and to focus on their individual needs, in order to practice without pressure or expectations.
my yoga journey
i was first introduced to yoga many years ago and instantly felt attracted to the holistic aspect of the practice. after several years of self practice and taking part in numerous workshops, i successfully completed my first 200h yoga teacher training at airyoga in zurich, switzerland in 2012. to refine my teaching skills i continued my studies in a 300h teacher training at brahmani yoga in goa, india in 2013.
since then, i continually aim to deepen my understanding of yoga in various subject areas. that's how i first got to know budokon yoga in 2015. fascinated by this powerful and elegant practice, i decided to train with the founder of budokon yoga himself, cameron shayne, and obtained my teaching certificate in december 2016. since then i regularly take part in workshops and immersions.
